・Employment status: Full-time employee
・Work location: Tokyo (working from home in principle, or at other locations designated by the company)
・Working hours: 5:00-22:00 | Full flex system (standard working hours 7.75 hours)

Consultant (Partner)
Overview:
We provide advice, coaching, and project management to clients on management reform, organizational development, human resource training, new business development, etc. We build equal partnerships with clients, and without being bound by precedents or general frameworks for human resource and organizational reform, we bring in impactful methods to solve the client's essential issues and design the optimal reform process.
Role responsibilities:
・Evaluation and reform process design and proposal for business strategy, marketing, and human resources organization strategy
・Formulate a feasible plan through discussions with management and board members
・Project management and risk management for transformation
- Identifying future business development and expansion opportunities and process design
- Analyze the market and competitors' behavior
・Training planning and facilitation to support change strategies

Requirements:
・More than 5 years of consulting experience

Overview:
We provide support to our partners regarding consulting (advice, coaching, project management) for clients. We provide smooth communication with clients, project management, documentation for project progress, research, and facilitation of meetings with clients.

Overview:

・Promotional planning for business strategies and executive relationship building
・Establishing and managing a partner network

Executive Assistant
Overview:
Support smooth business operations, primarily through secretarial duties for the CEO. Depending on suitability, you will also be actively involved in marketing, PR, media relations, and building and managing an executive community.
