A new team in charge of the launch of a new strategic product at a global internet company was facing alignment issues.

Solution:
We ran a workshop to sensitize the team to issues facing new teams. We guided them through a process to identify core challenges and scope solutions.

Outcome:

Challenge
An Asian company with offices around the region was trying to align its performance management to the vision and strategy. Employees were reporting lack of clarity on expectations and performance evaluation standards.

Solution
We helped the management clarify the vision and strategy. We implemented a fully transparent OKR (Objective and Key Results) goal setting and quarterly performance process & system based on manager calibration.

Outcome
